Retail Customers

Our retail storefront at 407 Madison Ave. in Covington, Kentucky, is open to the public on a limited basis. Our current storefront hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Parking is available on the street. Do not park in the PNC Bank lot – they will tow you. Here's a map to our store:

Shipping & Receiving

The shipping and receiving department is located at 13 W. Fourth St., Covington, KY 41011. Shipping and receiving is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
