Chris Becksvoort has more than five decades of experience in forestry, wood technology, joinery and design, and his furniture is in collections throughout the world. He's perhaps best-known as a contributing editor to Fine Woodworking Magazine and for his appearance on Parks & Recreation’s "Ron & Diane" episode. He has been doing restoration work at the last active Shaker community at Maine’s Sabbathday Lake since 1976.
